There is differnet duties of bso ( branch Service officer ) or Cash officer according to all banks but moslty duties and responsibilities of bso is similiary.

In this article i will share following gerenals duties of the cash officer which is almost similair with other banks of pakistan.

Dutie & Responsibility:

• Sorting of foriegn and local currency note as well as good handling of reciept and payment during the all operation activity of the bank.
• Ready the cash management report as per the state bank of pakistab policy.
• Safeguarding of the ATM, cash vault and stationery while processing transactions.
• Quickly report to the teller manager or branch operation manager if found any suspicious activity.
• Efficent handling of the utilities bills according to the SOP ( standard operating procedure). 
• Errors free execution of all financial and non financial  according to sop, to ensure the accurate processing of banking activity.
